56th CTMA Conference
The 2025 CTMA Conference Has Been Postponed Until 2026
CTMA 2025 has been postponed until 2026 due to recent developments. We look forward to notifying everyone with the 2026 Conference dates. Refunds for the 2025 conference are currently processing and the registration page has been locked.
The conference will focus on contractor transportation and packaging topics throughout the DOE/NNSA complex. Attendance by our carriers/vendors, as in past CTMAs, will also be welcomed and encouraged. The planning committee is striving to maintain the quality aspects that past CTMA conferences have provided.

Purchase a Sponsorship
The main differences in the sponsor levels are related to how the companies are highlighted in our breaks and receptions. The companies are all noted by level in our CTMA website and in the emails sent to all. The higher the sponsorship levels, the more we advertise for you. A platinum sponsor would be highlighted for both the Tuesday and Thursday Receptions, where a number of Gold, Silver Bronze sponsors would be noted for morning/afternoon breaks and the Tuesday networking gathering.

Platinum Sponsors will be given the opportunity to present during the General Session. The technical topic should be associated with a situation where a positive outcome was achieved.
